Parker Hannifin has expanded its portfolio of test points with the robust EMADN4. With a larger inner diameter, the test point enables controlled filling or emptying of hydraulic systems under pressure, which ensures improved safety for the user and equipment, especially in the case of emergencies or regular maintenance. Additionally, the test point protects the environment from hydraulic fluid leaks.

With the launch of the new EMADN4 test point, Parker’s SensoControl Unit is broadening its product range of test points, which already includes a variety of options for many applications in the fields of mobile equipment, railway, transportation, mining and construction. Test points are secure access points to hydraulic systems for testing or maintenance. They save time and money by allowing diagnostic measurements and maintenance to be quickly performed during operations. Expensive sensors can also be temporarily used for multiple systems, as they only need to be connected to the test points for value determination.

Parker’s screw-coupling test points can be connected at operating pressures of up to 400 bar. The test points are made of lead-free steel, with Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber (EPDM) sealings. All Parker test points are manufactured in Germany and are typically available quickly through the broad distribution network.

With the EMADN4, Parker is introducing another high-quality product that meets user requirements in terms of safety, efficiency and environmental protection, demonstrating the company’s innovation and ability to understand and meet the needs of its customers.
