Eisele offers an easy-to-assemble modular kit system consisting of durable solid metal connection components for compressed air, gases and liquids that are suiytable for use in the meat-processing industry.

INOXLINE are non-corroding and easy-to-clean connection components are the ideal solution for stringent hygiene requirements and aggressive media.

Series 17 and 17A of Eisele’s INOXLINE provide a large selection of different stainless steel push-in connectors for pneumatic applications. Series 17 includes stainless steel push-in connectors with a release sleeve. Particularly smooth surfaces and the special design prevent dirt and other residue from accumulating in the stainless steel push-in connectors and facilitate exterior cleaning. Series 17A is similar, but features a second seal which makes it ideal for applications with special sealing requirements, as well as high pressures or fluids.

The material used is stainless steel 1.4301/07 or 1.4404 on request. All parts are crafted from solid material and are ideal for hygiene-sensitive applications in the food processing industry. Due to the large range of high-quality sealing materials, including Viton and FFKM, suitably designed push-in connectors of the Eisele INOXLINE can be used at temperatures from -50 °C to +200 °C.

The INOXLINE also includes stainless steel push-in connectors designed without dead spaces or joints where product residue can accumulate. They are also suitable for use in sterile environments.
