With the 412B series, Leuze Electronic presents a new cylindrical optical sensor which is designed for applications where little installation space is available, like materials handling or packaging machines.
Compared to the previous series, the new set of switching optical sensors has an even more compact design and is available as throughbeam photoelectric sensor, energetic diffuse reflection sensor and as a retro-reflective photoelectric sensor. In addition to improved performance such as with operating range, response time and glass optics, laser variants as well as models with NPN switching outputs are available. The system is set up with a 270° potentiometer.
