Eisele Pneumatics GmbH & Co. KG based in Waiblingen close to Stuttgart has decades of experience in the development and production of high-quality connecting components. With a broad product mix consisting of more than 8,000 catalogue articles and about 2,000 special customised solutions, the company stands for reliability and quality, as demonstrated by numerous technical details in all product areas. Eisele components are virtually one hundred percent “Made in Germany”. The product spectrum ranges from catalogue products, e.g. for pneumatics or cooling water in applications such as paint processing or food production, to an extensive line of multiple connectors, which integrate very different single connections in one interface. The customers include leading enterprises, for example in machine construction and packaging technology, as well as the automotive and printing industries. They have successfully used Eisele products as OEM parts for decades.

With the Eisele BASICLINE approximately 4,000 standardised pneumatic connectors made of high-quality materials are available. Eisele BASICLINE includes pneumatic connectors, couplings, and function fittings for compressed air,vacuum, gases and fluids, and is organised in four designs.

Stainless steel push-in fittings for food, pharmaceuticals and paints
The stainless steel push-in fittings of the Eisele INOXLINE are manufactured of corrosion-free and acid-resistant stainless steel in high material quality. All parts are completely machined from solid material and are particularly well-suited for hygiene-sensitive applications in the food and pharmaceutical industry. Based on the design of our proven standardised pneumatic connectors Eisele INOXLINE stainless steel push-in fittings can be easily and completely cleaned, thanks to the stainless materials used and the surface treatment.

Modular multiple and multi-media connectors
The fully modular design principle of Eisele MULTILINE ADAPTIVE makes it possible to combine such different operating media as compressed air, vacuum, gases, coolants and liquids in a single interface. MULTILINE ADAPTIVE is an individually configurable multiple and multi-media connector that is available with or without shut-off and also in a drip-free version. For use in the food industry the connectors are also available with FDA-compliant seals. The latest development stage is the MULTILINE E, which supplements Eisele’s modular kit system for multiple connectors to include freely exchangeable adaptive inserts for electrical and electronic connectors.

High-quality push-in fittings for cooling water circuits
With Eisele LIQUIDLINE, we offer the most extensive line of screw-in and push-in fittings for coolant applications on the market. The coolant fittings are made of dezincification-resistant brass. This alloy was designed especially for closed coolant circuits. FKM (Viton) is used for the sealing material. LIQUIDLINE push-in coolant fittings are resistant to high temperatures, aggressive aqueous media and many other substances. To provide connections for diverse applications, Eisele also offers push-in coolant fittings manufactured of highly resistant stainless steel and corrosion-resistant aluminium.

Durable plastic tubes for every application
In addition to solid metal connection components Eisele also offers plastic tubes.  From compressed air tubes to special plastic tubes that are resistant to chemicals as well as flames, kinking, hydrolysis or extreme temperatures.  As a result of close tolerances the plastic tubes are also ideal for use in applications that require leak-proof tubes.  The tubes are available in many standard colours and can also be coded for different fluids or functions.
