797PCP Pump Systems provide a highly controlled volumetric dispensing of one-part and two-part fluids, unaffected by external factors such as changes in viscosity, fluctuating fluid pressure, and the full-to-empty effect in syringe barrels. These pumps offer precise, repeatable 1K and 2K fluid volumes as small as 0.01 mL per revolution with deposit volume tolerances equal to +/- 1%. 

The Liquidyn® P-Jet CT and PICO® Pμlse™ jet anaerobic adhesives and other kind of fluids from any direction without making contact with the substrate. By eliminating the need for Z axis movement, these solutions provide the significantly faster production speeds needed for high-volume applications. They can dispense onto hard-to-access areas, offering precise, repeatable deposits as small as 0.5 nL with cycle rates up to 1500Hz (cycles per second).

UltimusPlus is an industry-leading pneumatic fluid dispenser with time-saving features that amplify production throughput while delivering highly precise, repeatable dispensing results. An optional barcode scanner allows users to switch between up to 16 dispensing programs without ever touching the screen.  Ethernet compatibility simplifies UltimusPlus’ integration with Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things, and Machine-to-Machine technology and allows the dispense cycle to be initiated by a centralized PLC as part of large, in-line operations.

The xQR41V Needle Valve provides micro dispensing of fluids, features an exchangeable, modular design for greater customization and process control, and a patent-pending Quick Release (QR) clasp to replace wetted parts in seconds. With a smaller profile of 64 mm length x 23.7 mm diameter (2.50” x 0.93”), operators can mount several valves close together for greater output per batch. Ideal for automated assembly processes, the smaller form factor makes it easier to dispense in tight spaces and at more complex angles. 

The GV Series Gantry Fluid Dispensing Robot with Vision features working envelopes from 400 mm to 800 mm and ensures market-leading dimensional positioning accuracy and deposit placement repeatability at +/- 0.02 for the 400 mm and +/- 0.01 mm for the 800 mm version. The CCD camera converts pixels into digital values to deliver precise, high-quality images. The proprietary dispensing software confirms workpiece presence and placement and automatically adjusts as in-process variations occur.
