Wide product range for the Oil & Gas industry
Specially designed for the oil and gas sector, NETZSCH progressing cavity oil pumps are able to convey highly viscous oils at above 50,000 mPas while maintaining stable pressure. What is more, they can do so with almost no pulsation or shear forces, thereby avoiding emulsion effects in oil/water, which would significantly hinder subsequent separation of the oil/water mixtures at the surface.
From upstream through midstream and downstream applications the wide product range for the Oil & Gas industry provides the optimum solution.
The range of upstream applications include conventional and unconventional oil production, dewatering of gas wells, thermal water production and coal bed methane/coal seam gas. Therefore NETZSCH progressing cavity pumps are delivered in standard, insertable and submersible versions. The standard NTZ model has low life cycle costs and is suitable for oil mixtures with up to 40 percent gas or sand content at up to 160 °C. The NTU pump series was designed with the focus on low start and operating torques and low interference from temperature or chemicals. Finally, there is the NETZSCH ESPCP for directional and horizontal bores - a deep well submersible pump that does not require an above-ground drive, but operates instead with an attached submersible motor. For up to 1,000 m³/h at pressures of up to 20 bar, NETZSCH developed the L.Cap® high-performance pumps. With a length of up to 15 m and weight of up to 25 t, these are the Goliaths among multiphase and transfer pumps.
The NETZSCH multiphase pumps for mid and downstream applications cover oil/ gas/ water mixtures with varying solid and gas contents and temperatures from -40°C to 300°C. NETZSCH injection pumps are suitable for water, slurry and polymer injection and NETZSCH transfer pumps for pumping from the well to manifolds, gathering stations or over long distances with high pressure. Best suited for the petroleum industry are TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps with flow rates from 3 to 1,000m/h3.
