Master Bond Inc. formulates the highest quality adhesives, sealants, coatings, potting and encapsulation compound, and impregnation resins. Each compound is specially formulated to meet specific application needs and requirements.

Since 1976, Master Bond has focused on developing the best in epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes, polysulfides, UV cures and other specialty adhesive systems. They manufacture over 3,000 grades of specially designed formulations and also offer replacements for competitors’ discontinued products.

Master Bond products are used in many critical applications in a wide range of industries including electronics, OEM, oil and chemical processing, power, renewable, transportation, medical, aerospace, among others. Compounds are formulated with a wide array of performance properties including but not limited to, electrical properties, thermal resistance, chemical resistance, high and low temperature serviceability, mechanical, viscosity , cure schedules, strength, hardness and more.

Compliance testing has been conducted by well established independent testing laboratories, as well as by U.S. government agencies. Their extensive product line includes a variety of compounds that pass strict testing requirements for the following specifications: NASA low outgassing, USP Class VI, FDA CFR 175.300 and CFR 175.105, UL 94V-0 and UL 94V-1 for flame retardancy, FAR standard 14 CFR 25.853(a) for flame retardancy, MIL-STD-883J for thermal stability, ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity, and RoHS standards.
