Applications

Beverages: Whether during the production of fruit and vegetable juices, beer, coffee, vine, or spirits – mechanical liquid-fluid separation is a decisive process step in the beverage production. High quality,optimum yields, and – what is getting more and more important – gentle treatment of natural resources are thereby critical factors. Flottweg machines meet these demands to a great extent.

Chemicals/Pharmaceutical/Foods: In chemistry as well as in biotechnology mechanical separation processes are an important component of many processes. In these applications Flottweg decanters and disc stack centrifuges assume key functions: They clarify liquids, separate two solids,sort solid mixtures, and de water liquid-solid suspensions.
