Haver Porostar is a woven wire cloth laminate. Its individual woven wire cloth layers are closely bonded together by diffusion with a Duo-Sinter technique. Even at maximum pressureHaver Porostar cannot release any small parts of the filter medium.
Using modern welding techniques Haver Porostar sheets can be combined to larger formatsto create for example filter elements with diameters larger than 1200mm or filter cylinderscandlescentrifugal baskets with diameters larger than 400mm.
MeanwhileHaver Plymesh are woven wire cloth laminated panels. The individual wire cloth layers are bonded together by means of a special manufacturing process using high pressure and temperature.
Plymesh is a poroussheet metal-like medium for fluidisation and filtration.
The laminated panels can be made of woven wire cloth layers with square openings or Minimesh filter cloth specifications or a combination of both types.
The surface of Plymesh is smoothwith flattened knuckles on the outer wire cloth layers.
The physical characteristics of the individual Plymesh types as far as their pore size and flow capacity are concernedcan be pre-determined. The defined pore size is ranging from 5 to 500micrometres.
