There are no stress zones that can fatigue and no tool marks on the process side of the rupture discmaking this the only 95percent operating ratio disc with a completely smooth process surface.
This allows the Axius to deliver higher operating ratios without chemical build-up and better protection of the production process.
The Axius rupture disc is available in corrosion-resistant materials and has the tightest tolerances available. The Axius can also operate without fatigue from full vacuumup to a 95percent operating ratio in excess of 50000 times.
