Fluid types
Calder equipment will pump almost any liquid ranging from potable water to liquid butane, light hydrocarbon, condensates, and heavy mud and drill cuttings. If zero leakage is your requirement, we can incorporate the appropriate packing design with monitoring systems. For highly corrosive duties we offer a wide range of wetted parts, which include super duplex stainless steel, 316 SS and nickel aluminium bronze.

Pressure ranges up to 4000 bar (58,000 psi).
Diesel powered
Diesel pump packages suitable for use in ATEX Group II, Cat 3, Gas Group B, T3 hazardous environments are fully compliant with current North Sea legislation. Our diesel powered pump units are fitted with ‘yellow alert’ as standard and comply with the new requirement for ‘unmanned operation’.
Electric powered
Electric powered pump units are suitable for operation in ATEX Group II, Cat 2, Gas Group B, T3 hazardous areas.
Variable speed drives
Our variable speed drive units are available with remote control facilities with full monitoring of flow, pressure etc. AC or DC drives up to 1800 kW (2400HP).
Noise
Calder can incorporate your pump package into an acoustic enclosure to comply with your specific requirements including blast case designs.
