Opening pathways into the energy sector

As the UK oil and gas industry continues to grow, the need for skilled professionals in a range of areas including business, health, design and technology has also increased.

The course will help professionals further develop leadership and decision-making skills within the rapidly developing field of CSR across a range of areas within oil, gas and renewables.
The BA Occupational Health Practice and MSc Health Improvement and Health Promotion programmes have been developed to enable students and practitioners to design, implement and evaluate health initiatives within a variety of contexts and respond rapidly to changes within them.

The suite of Masters courses on offer at Aberdeen Business School, which also include MSc Energy Management, MSc Project Management and MSc Purchasing and Supply Chain management, allows professionals to develop strong management competencies to meet the growing needs of the energy sector and ensure competitive advantage in the workplace.
The MSc Oil and Gas Law focuses on the main legal issues within today’s oil and gas industry both in the UK and leading global areas whilst the MSc Oil and Gas Accounting, accredited by The Association of International Accountants and the Energy Institute, enables students to develop a critical awareness of the key issues in accounting for upstream oil and gas exploration, development and production activities.
