New RoHS compliant TFT driver card solution

Review Display Systems’ RoHS compliant TFT driver card offer eases of connectivity with a multiple range of inputs. The Giant card offers the end user the ability to drive TFT’s ranging from VGA to SXGA in resolution and screen sizes TFT’s from 6.5-in to 17-in.

The Giant card offers inputs from Analogue RGBcomposite and S-VHS along with audio functionality. The card also has an option to connect a TV tuner to increase the functionality of the card still further. The card is supplied complete with an OSD card to set up menusa mating TFT Interface cable and Inverter. The TFT inverter can be controlled via the OSD giving the ability to control the brightness and contrast ratio.

By supplying just a 12Vdc input at 3.5A this plug and play solution only requires the users power and video signal to get the TFT up and running. There is an onboard power saving function as standard and using the Realtek 2523B scaler it can resize your input to that of the TFT.

Also available from the company is the new NL10276BC30-18 15 inch TFT panel featuring the highest level of luminance of any industrial NEC TFT panel.The XGA resolution panel features a screen brightness of 500cd/m2a 50 per cent increase over previous designs. This coupled with a contrast ratio  of 450:1 ensures a crisp clear image under a wide range of ambient conditions.
