The mobile video surveillance system TeleObserver TO3000 is a system for recording, live transmission, searching and processing.

Designed for mobile applications in rough environmental conditions like public transport systems, buses, trains and trams as well as privet or government transport vehicles.
With the accompanying software, also a fleet of TeleObserver TO3000 may be conventional operated and controlled from one or more central stations. The TeleObserver TO3000 can be accessed through GSM and GSM/HSCSD for live-view, searching processing and change of all parameters remotely. It is also possible to access the TO3000 with LAN or ISDN and as standard today equipped with a moveable hard disc incl. key locked for evidence. The TeleObserver is available for two video, four video and eight video inputs. Recording speed of 16 or 32 images/sec, one video analogue output and one digital video output. The system is improved for:
* CEEN55022 Class A, certification for industrial application.
* CEEN55022 Class B, certification for consumer application.
* Federal Motor Transport Authority certification RREG95/54/EG.
