Dispersing and wet fine grinding
Willy A Bachofen AG Maschinenfabrik has developed a small agitator bead mill for its Dyno-Mill Research Lab. This allows it to: Disperse and to grind liquid and viscous products into the nano ranges. Produce small product batch sizes >100ml in a continuous or in a circulation process. Grind products metal-free with the ceramic execution made of zirconium oxide/silicon carbide. Dismantle the complete, closed grinding unit and to clean and to sterilize it separately. Use smallest grinding media size from 0.1–1.0mm.
