Accurate dosing in all process conditions

The Larox Peristaltic Pumps for Dosing (LPP-D) are manufactured using durable elastomers making them perfect for pumping and dosing a wide range of media. Designed for industrial pumping, the LPP-D pump is suitable for slurries with high solid content, abrasive, corrosive, viscous and crystallising media. They provide substantial savings through improved process performance and efficiency, long service intervals and low maintenance costs.

LPP-D pumps have a high turndown ratio making them ideal for industrial pumping, dosing and flow control. They provide accurate dosing in all process conditions as the pump discharge flow does not depend on the pipeline pressure.

With the rolling design and 360 degree operating cycle LPP-D pumps offer:

  • Extended hose life.
  • No overheating even at continuous maximum flow rate.
  • Only one compression per revolution.
  • Higher flow per hose compression than any other peristaltic pump.
  • In-line pipe connection.

According to Matti Riihimäki, Vice President, Pump Products: “Compared to conventional peristaltic pumps, the LPP-D doubles the flow per hose compression. LPP-D pumps also incorporate advanced rolling design which eliminates friction, minimises hose wear and lowers energy consumption.”
