Maximise test equipment

Mass InterConnect systems maximise test equipment investments by allowing the flexibility for one test system to be utilised for several product or component test applications.

Housing signal, coaxial/RF, power, pneumatic/vacuum, thermocouple, and fibre optic connector modules and contacts in various configurations, Mass InterConnect systems allow rapid connection of test instrumentation to multiple devices under test (DUT).
With a dedicated receiver interface consolidating instrument connections, Mass InterConnect systems offer the convenience of quick integration in a standardised platform that eliminates repeated wiring and protects instrument connections. Cable assemblies for specific instrument cards incorporate modules and contacts designed for over 20 000 mating cycles to withstand the typical rigours of test environments. Mounting options include hinged frames for rack and stack configurations as well as chassis mounting flanges for portable applications.
The receiver interface accepts Interchangeable Test Adapters (ITA) for rapid connection to DUTs, enabling quick changeover and eliminating the headache associated with rewiring and troubleshooting. ITAs configured for each DUT allow test engineers to take full advantage of the test system investment using a standard platform. Accepting a variety of fixture options and enclosures, customisation to meet specific DUT requirements is easily accomplished with readily available components.
Available in sizes from 2 to 75 module positions, Mass InterConnect systems are modular and reconfigurable, allowing the flexibility to accommodate evolving test requirements.
