Based on a high-performance 414 bar (6000psi) dual ball valve, Hi-Pro distribution manifolds with any number of outlets from two upwards can be assembled rapidly from off-the-shelf parts. The manifold is based on high-integrity 3/8-inch ball valve design. Conforming to ANSI/ASME ratings, it features a 4:1 pressure boundary safety factor to deliver reliable ANSI Class 1500 operation. It also meets the fire-safe requirements of API 607 and BS 6755-2. The dual valve’s body end connector threads are fitted with seals that protect it from external corrosion attack.
