The V2616A series embedded computers are based on the Intel Core i5/i7 processor, and feature two RS-232/422/485 serial ports, dual Gigabit LAN ports (M12), and 3 USB 2.0 hosts.
V2616A computers also provide 6 DIs, 2 DOs, 1 SATA storage connector, and VGA and DVI-D outputs. They are compliant with the essential sections of EN 50155, making them particularly well-suited for railway and industrial applications.
The V2616A's CFast socket provides these computers with the reliability needed for industrial applications that require data buffering and storage expansion.
Most importantly, the V2616A computers come with two hot-swappable storage trays for inserting additional storage media, such as hard disks or SSD drives, and can offer RAID 0 and RAID 1 functions for data reliability.
The V2616A series come pre-installed with Windows Embedded Standard 7 or Debian 7 to provide programmers with a familiar environment.
