Offshore industry gathers in Amsterdam

Offshore Energy 2017 takes place from October 9-12 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Offshore Energy 2017 takes place from October 9-12 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The event features an exhibition where over 650 companies will showcase their products and services. The accompanying conference addresses current and future issues in the offshore industry, covering developments in oil & gas, offshore wind and marine energy.

The 2016 event attracted 11,989 unique attendees and delegates representing 99 nationalities. 97% rated the quality of the exhibitors as good or excellent. 97% also found OEEC as good as or better than other offshore energy related exhibitions.

Expectations for 2017’s exhibition include around 12,000 visitors, 25,000m2 exhibition space and approximately 1,500 delegates. Between them, exhibitors, visitors and conference delegates represent over 90 different nationalities.

Visitors are set to benefit from Offshore Energy's expansion. They will be able to meet new customers and partners, as well as strengthen their relations with existing clients. They will be able to explore best practices and new developments.

On the conference side of the event, guided by this year’s theme, Transformation through Collaboration, the three-day programme consists of Technical Sessions, Keynotes, Master Classes, the Marine Energy Event, Offshore Wind Conference and the Community Square covering a spectrum of topics from technological innovation in various disciplines to industry wide strategic challenges.

Offshore Energy offers two special events besides the exhibition and conference sessions. The Opening Gala Dinner & Awards Show on 9th of October and the Official Networking Event on Tuesday 10th of October. Both events are accessible for all attendees.
