Filtech, taking place October 11-13 in Cologne, Germany, is the largest filtration event worldwide. In 2015 more than 32% of all guests came from overseas - in total 76 nations were represented, offering exhibitors a valuable opportunity to generate new business. Companies reported an overwhelming number of new contacts, a marked willingness amongst trade visitors to invest, quite specific contract negotiations and concrete business deals.
The positive market trend in the immediate run-up to the world’s largest filtration show also characterised the course of the 2015 event and made for an excellent mood amongst the 320 exhibitors. With more than 12,000 participants over three days Filtech 2015 exceeded all expectations and set a strong signal for further growth of the worldwide filtration and separation sector. At the 2015 event 67.9% of all foreign guests came from Europe. A substantial increase was also registered in the number of trade visitors from Turkey, Poland, Italy, USA, France, Israel, Japan and India.
The event has an established track record in bringing together the technical and commercial sectors to develop global business relationships. Filtech 2016 will again be the international platform and solution provider for all industries covering every market segment. It will feature 350 exhibitors at the venue.
The conference side of the event will feature once again the latest advances and techniques in liquid/solid and gas/particle separation (dust, gas & air filtration) in three days of in-depth exposure. Technology and know-how transfer is a main target.
