METALNOX M6310 is an aqueous blend designed for heavy-duty cleaning of dry lube, oils, waxes, grease, carbonised soils and shop dirt while being multi-metal safe. Easy to use, M6310 is diluted further with water as required to remove the soils involved. M6310 contains silicates and phosphates; therefore, a thorough rinse is required to prevent white bloom on parts. To prevent flash rusting of ferrous parts, an addition of an inhibitor, such as KYZEN CP90S in the rinse is suggested.
METALNOX M6324R is a heavy-duty aqueous all-purpose cleaner that is designed for heavy-duty cleaning of oils, coolants, waxes, grease, oxides, carbon and shop dirt. M6324R is a proprietary blend of alkalis, non-ionic surfactants and other ingredients proven effective on the removal of metal oxides and carbonaceous soils. This high-alkaline cleaning chemistry is exceptional in demanding cleaning applications, such as high-speed stamping where burned-on stamping oils are removed at high throughputs. M6324R also provides corrosion inhibition components for protecting steel parts.
METALNOX M6440 is a mild alkaline chelated aqueous immersion cleaner and brightener that is designed for optimum effectiveness and ease of use on scale, metal oxides, dry lubes, light oils, waxes, polishing rouge, drawing oils, fingerprints, carbon, shop dirt and grease while being relatively people safe and environmentally friendly. M6440 is diluted further with water as desired or it may be applied as received without damage to delicate substrates. The cleaner features a long bath-life, low use cost and is safe on precious metals. Additionally, it offers users numerous benefits including mild pH, safe on copper, brass and silver, multi-metal safe and low VOC.
