Aluminium electric heating plate
A development of Hillesheim GmbH is the aluminium electric heating plate. The heating plates are designed and manufactured to meet customer specifications in industrial applications. They cover a temperature range of up to 200°C. Any dimensions required, up to a maximum size of 1250 x 2500mm, can be accommodated. Even the shape can be individually manufactured, whether round, oval or L-shaped, there are almost no preset limits. Heating power can be adapted to specific customer requirements.On request, the HAP 200 heating plate can be produced with various recesses, bore-holes and screw threads. Even combinations with liquid and air channels for cooling can be implemented.
Depending on ambient temperature, electric heater ratings of up to 5KW/m2 ensure a short warm-up time for the heating plate. Sensors can be placed either in or on the heating plate to monitor temperature or provide regulation. The HTI 16 integral temperature regulator can make use of the built-in heating conductor as a sensor to monitor the heating plate's limit temperature and, in parallel, make use of a separate probe to precisely regulate the medium.
The HAP 200 heating plate can be fabricated for use in warming tables, cabinet heaters, cooling tables or heating plates for form carriers.
