Futek Advanced Sensor Technology is now offering its LLB130 Miniature Load Button with the option of a USB output, which eliminates the need for amplifiers, filters, and multimeters. The USB output would give the LLB130 Miniature Load Button the ability to interface efficiently with a data storage device such as a PC. Utilising metal foil strain gauge technology, the LLB130 is available in ratings form 2.26-22.6kg (5-50 lbs), with a subminiature 9.6mm (0.38inch) outside diameter.The subminiature load button load cell (LLB) series feature a sturdy construction with 17-4PH stainless steel. Application range from fully automatic production centres, measuring and controlling equipment to precision mechanics, tool manufacturing and apparatus engineering. With small dimensions, the LLB130 can be used in various fields on industry and laboratories. It is easy to handle and enables a relatively uncomplicated installation. Because of the small dimensions, it is well suited to use in restricted structures for both static and dynamic measurements. Furthermore, standard LLB130 miniature load buttons can be modified or customised to meet application requirements.
