Load cells for centre of gravity weighing systems
Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the CPA Series of Compression load cells are not only suitable for general applications but have been designed for use in both laboratories and in permanent outdoor installations – particularly suitable for centre of gravity weighing or heavy lifting applications.All standard cells are available with a rated load range from 2tonne to 1000tonne and as well as their stainless steel construction are environmentally sealed to IP67.
Due to the wide range of applications in which these load cells are used, LCM Systems can supply many special options including a domed top, with or without a loading cap, integral carrying handles, mounting bases, integral connectors and internal analogue/digital signal amplifiers.
Versions of these innovative and versatile load cells are available for use as calibration standards and they can be supplied either as stand-alone components or together with instrumentation such as LCM Systems’ strain gauge amplifiers, portable and panel mounted load cell indicators and controllers for a complete load monitoring system.
