Strain gauge amplifier avoids earth loop noise

Fully isolated, the DIN rail-mounted DR7DC is designed for simple integration into industrial systems, thereby avoiding potential earth loop noise problems, and is fully compliant with European Directives and regulations for EMC and electrical safety.

Using well-proven space-saving surface-mount electronic circuitry, the DR7DC should offer many years of reliable service.

Operating from a 9-36V DC supply, it can easily be configured for calibrated outputs of 0-10V, +/-10V or 4-20mA from input signals ranging from 4mV-10V. It is said to be particularly suitable for use when integrating industrial load cells and pressure sensors into a control system.

The new model complements the successfully established DR7AC version, which is designed for use with inductive sensors such as LVDT displacement devices.
