Pressure transducer is exceptionally robust
RDP Electronics is introducing the model TJE pressure transducer for applications such as test rigs, where robustness, accuracy and long-term stability are required.
The TJE features an innovative 'true gauge' design that utilises a second welded diaphragm to hermetically seal the strain gauges from external contamination. An 'absolute' version also has an all-welded vacuum reference chamber to ensure long-term stability.
Versions available cover the range from 345mBar to 4137bar (5psi to 60,000psi). In situations where integral electronics are not appropriate, they can be used with an inline amplifier such as the RDP S7DC for greater flexibility and security.
