The Series 151 is a compact, push-pull solenoid from Dialight.

Now supplied in the UK from Aerco, the S151 is based on a tubular design but offers a relatively large force capability over a short stroke range.

Its design offers both pull and push motion in one unit, without the need to have two separate solenoids so saving space, component count and assembly time. It is both fast acting and capable of fast cycling as its design stems from sewing machine technology where fast, repeatable motions are required with very close tolerances.

Dc powered, the S151 has a diameter of 19.3mm and a body length of 13mm with a continuous closed power rating of 2W from 3 to 24 volts continuous voltage.
