Compact reciprocating pumpskid
Nowadays the offshore platforms have an increased demand for pump skids with reduced dimensions because of the limited available space in correlation to increasingly powerful units.Wepuko has developed and delivered two compact reciprocating pump skids (API674) with an installed power of more than 700kW for an Offshore Project in Norway.
Wepuko pumps type DP 212 are used for injection of Methanol to the well with a flow rate of around 50 m3/h and a maximum discharge pressure of 300 bar.
The compact design of the Wepuko pump skid with E-motor mounted on the top of the pump reduces the footprint of one pump skid to 3.5 x 2.5 m. All necessary accessories, such as lube oil system, are included in this space. This compact solution designed by Wepuko saves valuable space within the platform.
