New from Aerco is a range of heat-shrinkable tubing that is specially formulated for use under long term high temperatures and to provide maximum resistance to high temperature fluids, aviation and diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils.System 25 tubing, supplied by Aerco under the terms of a trading agreement with Tyco Electronics, is particularly suitable as a jacketing material for military ground vehicle cables and harnesses while also being suitable to meet the challenging demands of motor sport cable harnesses.
When used in conjunction with System 25 heat-shrinkable moulded shapes and S1125 high performance adhesive, the product provides a complete cable harness protection system.
The operating temperature range is -75ºC to 150ºC, minimum shrink temperature 150ºC and minimum full recovery temperature 175ºC.
