High-purity filtration for aggressive chemicals

With wetted parts manufactured from chemically inert solvent-resistant PFAthe new filter housings are suitable for a wide range of demanding applicationsincluding those associated with the manufacture of semiconductors and printed circuit boards.
Available in 4-in and 10-in versions with standard 0.25-in gauge connections upstream and downstreamTruFluor housings feature a simple but rugged designwhich means that they provide a long service life in even the toughest of environments.
In additiontheir two-piece construction guarantees easy installation and positive sealing.
For critical high-purity filtration applications involving aggressive mediaParker offers TruFluor+ housings which combine broad chemical compatibility with ultra-high purity construction.
For maximum user conveniencethey feature a stationary bowl and locking ringwhich ensure that the filter cartridges are easy to replaceand that positive sealing is readily achieved.
TruFluor+ housings can be supplied in 10-in20-in and 30-in versions with a wide variety of port and vent/drain configurations.
All types are packaged in a clean-room environment to eliminate the need for pre-cleaning before they are put into service.
Both TruFluor and TruFluor+ housings provide excellent flow performance with minimum pressure drop. With pressure ratings of 4.5bar at up to 95˚C and 5.2bar up to 20˚Cthey can be used under a wide range of operating conditions.
