High-purity filtration for aggressive chemicals

Dependable and economical high-purity filtration systems for even the most aggressive chemicals can easily be implemented using the new TruFluor and TruFluor+ filter housings from the Process Filtration Division of Parker Hannifin.

With wetted parts manufactured from chemically inert solvent-resistant PFAthe new filter housings are suitable for a wide range of demanding applicationsincluding those associated with the manufacture of semiconductors and printed circuit boards.

Available in 4-in and 10-in versions with standard 0.25-in gauge connections upstream and downstreamTruFluor housings feature a simple but rugged designwhich means that they provide a long service life in even the toughest of environments.

In additiontheir two-piece construction guarantees easy installation and positive sealing.

For critical high-purity filtration applications involving aggressive mediaParker offers TruFluor+ housings which combine broad chemical compatibility with ultra-high purity construction.

For maximum user conveniencethey feature a stationary bowl and locking ringwhich ensure that the filter cartridges are easy to replaceand that positive sealing is readily achieved.

TruFluor+ housings can be supplied in 10-in20-in and 30-in versions with a wide variety of port and vent/drain configurations.

All types are packaged in a clean-room environment to eliminate the need for pre-cleaning before they are put into service.
